Most of our immigration law services are charged a flat fee, so you know ahead of time what you will be paying. In cases where an hourly rate is charged, you pay no more than $75 an hour. All fees are determined in advance, before you are under any financial obligation.

Standard Fees:

  • Permanent Residence/Green Card: $1000 - $2500
  • Fiance (K) Visas: $1000 - $1500
  • Naturalization/Citizenship: $800 - $1500
  • Asylum/TPS/VAWA: $300 - $1000
  • Temporary/Nonimmigrant Visas: $500 - $2500
  • I-601 Waiver: $500 - $1500
  • Legal Opinion Letter: $100 - $300
  • Consultation Fee: $75 (up to 1 hour, will apply toward your legal fees)

*Please note that these are attorney's fees and do not include any filing fees with the Immigration Service.
